1. Is there a seat number?
No, it's free seating per category.

2. What time is the open gate?
We plan to open the theater gate 30 minutes before the show starts. Please be at the venue 1 hour before the show time.

3. What is the language used in the show?

The show will be performed in English.
 

4. Can I refund/reschedule the ticket?

Sorry, we do not offer refund/reschedule at this time.

5, Is there an age limit for the show?
The show is appropriate for audiences 13 years old and up. For audiences under 13, we can only allow them when chaperoned by an adult.

6. Can the ticket redeem/registration be done by someone else (not the ticket buyer)?
Yes, as long as they can show the ticket receipt.
 

7. Must I print the ticket receipt?

No, you can show it on your phone/gadget.

8. How long will the show run?
We estimate it at 2.5 hours with a 10-minute intermission.

 

9. Is there a parking space?
Yes at the Taman Ismail Marzuki area.

10. Will the show be prerecorded or performed live?
All the songs will be performed live with live music accompaniment.
